The 5th Annual SEUS-CP conference took place in Myrtle Beach on May 20-22, 2012 for over 300 Canadian and U.S. business and government leaders. These conferences are a great opportunity to build linkages with key international leaders. In addition to the Annual Joint Meeting of the Governors and Premiers or their designees as part of a Head of Delegation program, a Trade Mission to complement a robust Business Delegation program will match delegates from across the 13 Alliance jurisdictions in a B2B matchmaking program.

The business program connect companies, researchers, organizations and associations, including distributors, agents/brokers, manufacturers, information technology service providers and universities or other researchers who work in the manufacturing, intellectual technology, energy and advanced research, who are seeking new business partners, sales, collaboration and investment partnerships. Over one day and a half of meetings was arranged for business delegates with fellow delegates and with recognized major corporate buyers from across the Alliance such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
